The Town Council has three venues to hire, the Willowbed Hall, the Sports Pavilion and the Council Meeting Room.
Willowbed Hall
The hall holds 160 and is suitable for use for parties, weddings, fetes etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lobby area. There is also a car park with 26 spaces. The hall measures 14.3m x 11m.

Standard Charge: £13.00 per hour + VAT, Charities £6.50 per hour + VAT
*Children’s Party Special!!* - Hold your child’s birthday party on a Monday afternoon and get a special reduced rate. The booking will be from 1.45pm to 5.45pm and will only cost £40 (inclusive of VAT). – This offer takes effect from 1st April 2012

The Wedding Package
Friday 6.00pm until Sunday 11.00am, use of crockery, tables and chairs for upto 150 people

Sports Pavilion
The Sports Pavilion is suitable for use for children’s parties, mother and toddler groups, football groups etc. There is a small kitchen, toilets, disabled toilet, showers and changing rooms.

Half day – £25.00 - Full day – £45.00 - Evening £15.00 (All + VAT)
Per Match (ADULT)
Excluding showers – £12.00 + VAT, Including Pavilion. Regular Use – £28.00 + VAT. Casual Use – £33.00 + VAT.
Per Match (JUNIOR)
Including Pavilion Regular Use – £21.00 + VAT. Casual Use – £25.00 + VAT.
