GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY AND CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS
Section 137 of the Local Government Act 1972
The Town Council considers Section 137 Grants to Voluntary and Charitable Organisations in June of each year. Applicants must complete a form and return it to the Town Clerk, Chickerell Town Council, Willowbed Hall, Putton Lane, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 4AJ, together with a copy of the latest full Annual Report and Accounts of the organisation not later than the 31st May in the year when the grant is requested.
