The Town Council has three venues to hire, the Willowbed Hall, the Sports Pavilion and the Council Meeting Room.
Willowbed Hall
The hall holds 160 and is suitable for use for parties, weddings, fetes etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lobby area. There is also a car park with 26 spaces.
If you wish to use Willowbed Field you must request permission from the town council before the event.
Charges:
Standard Charge: £12.50 per hour + VAT. Charities: £6.25 per hour + VAT.
Hire of Willowbed Field: £50.00 per day + VAT
Sports Pavilion
The Sports Pavilion is suitable for use for children’s parties, mother and toddler groups, football groups etc. There is a small kitchen, toilets, disabled toilet, showers and changing rooms.
Charges:
Per Match (ADULT)
Excluding showers – £12.00 + VAT, Including Pavilion. Regular Use – £28.00 + VAT. Casual Use – £33.00 + VAT.
Per Match (JUNIOR)
Including Pavilion Regular Use – £21.00 + VAT. Casual Use – £25.00 + VAT.
Use of Pavilion Only
Half day – £25.00 + VAT. Full day – £45.00 +VAT.
Town Council Meeting Room
Full day – £45 + VAT. Half a day – £25 +VAT. Evening only – £10 + VAT
